Sourdough Focaccia Topping:

Star ingredients:  Peach, caramelised onion, fresh rosemary and thyme, feta cheese crumble, crispy bacon bits and balsamic glaze

Dough is infused with fresh rosemary, thyme

Extra Umami: Grated parmesan cheese, balsamic glaze, sea salt and drizzle of olive oil over the baked focaccia for a savoury and aromatic finish

*Generously brushed with high quality extra virgin olive oil, balsamic glaze and sprinkled with fresh thyme, rosemary and dried Italian herbs on dough before baking

The combination of the juicy peaches with cherry tomatoes and red onion is so delicious, with a tinge of sweetness to the savoury focaccia. We also topped it with balsamic vinegar and fresh rosemary and thyme to complete the full umami taste of the total focaccia
