Storage & Reheating FAQs

Foccacia:

1. How do I store my focaccia?

Our focaccia is best consumed on the day it is baked and remains good for up to 2 days at room temperature due to Singapore's humid weather. We highly recommend cutting and refrigerating/freezing the unconsumed focaccia to prolong its shelf life (please refer to the instruction card provided in our product packaging)

Note: Always use cling wrap and an airtight container to chill or freeze your pre-cut focaccia to prevent moisture loss and keep it fresh

2. What is the shelf life of my focaccia?

Our sourdough focaccia is best consumed on the day it is baked. Cling-wrapped, well-stored focaccia can stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and frozen for up to one month.

3. How do I reheat my frozen focaccia?

For whole loaves, you will need to defrost it in the fridge for several hours (preferably overnight). Afterwards, preheat the oven to 200C and reheat the whole loaf for 10-15 mins, lightly covered with foil to prevent any toppings from being burnt.

For stuffed focaccia, you may need to reheat the loaf for an additional 5-10 minutess until it is thoroughly hot on the inside.

For pre-cut frozen slices, reheat the focaccia for 8-10 minutes (depending on the thickness of the focaccia slices)

4. I don't have an oven, are there other ways to reheat my focaccia ?

You can also reheat our focaccia in an air-fryer or toaster oven.

If you are using an air-fryer, set the temperature as 180°C  to 200ºC and air-fry the frozen focaccia slices for 8-10 minutes or until it is hot on the inside.

Quiche:

5. How do I store and reheat my Quiche?

Storage Instructions:

It is always recommended to consume our quiche on the day it is delivered. However, it can be stored in an airtight container and kept in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to a month.

Note: Keep the quiche slices well-wrapped with cling wrap or foil and store it in an airtight container.

Heating Instructions:

For quiche slices, reheat it in the microwave oven for 2-3 minutes or until it is hot to the touch.

For whole quiches, reheat in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 15-20 minutes, covered loosely with foil to prevent moisture loss and burning.
