Delivery-Related FAQs

1. What time will my focaccia be delivered?

We deliver island-wide (except Jurong Island) and our delivery window is between 12 noon to 6pm. For deliveries to Sentosa, please contact us directly for the delivery rate and timings.


2. How much is the delivery cost?

Delivery fees are at a flat rate of $12.00 per location island-wide. During festive seasons (Christmas, CNY), delivery fees may be increased based on the logistic company's latest rates.

Note: We offer free delivery for orders above $100.00 per order, per location.


3. Can I request a specific delivery time?

We can accommodate specific delivery time requests for special events and corporate orders. Delivery surcharge will apply for specific delivery time request for each order. Please contact us directly for the delivery surcharge rate and timings.


4. Can I opt for self-collection?

Yes. you may select the self-collection option when checking out. Self-collection is free of charge. 

Self-Collection is held at only one location.

5. What happens if the delivery fails or an incomplete/incorrect delivery address was provided?

Should the recipient or sender be uncontactable, the courier will proceed with the remaining deliveries for the day. If the delivery can be rescheduled for the same day, a re-delivery charge of $15 will apply.
