24h fermented sourdough focaccia muffin, olive oil crisp with a soft fluffy crumb. 

We slow-ferment it so it sits easier on sensitive tummies. 

Baked fresh daily. Limited batches. Best within 8 hours. Reheat 5 mins at 180'C 

Easy to serve and easy to reheat, very popular for events and parties, or freeze for a quick and healthy breakfast.
