Star ingredients: Roasted colourful *vegetable (roasted pumpkin, mushroom, zucchini, broccoli, red onion, cherry tomato, sundried tomato, garlic and feta cheese crumble on a green pesto, cheese base 

Extra Umami: Grated parmesan cheese, balsamic glaze, sea salt and black pepper over the baked focaccia for a savoury and aromatic finish

*Generously brushed with high quality extra virgin olive oil, balsamic glaze and sprinkled with fresh thyme, rosemary and dried Italian herbs on dough before baking
