BLACK GARLIC, WHITE GARLIC CONFIT WITH FETA CHEESE &  ROSEMARY

Sourdough Focaccia Topping:

Star ingredients:  Black garlic, white garlic confit with fresh rosemary and crumbled feta cheese

Dough is infused with mashed black, white garlic and fresh rosemary, thyme

Extra Umami: Grated parmesan cheese, balsamic glaze, sea salt and drizzle of olive oil over the baked focaccia for a savoury and aromatic finish

*Generously brushed with high quality extra virgin olive oil, balsamic glaze and sprinkled with fresh thyme, rosemary and dried Italian herbs on dough before baking

The Taste:  This focaccia is well-loved by customers who enjoy the combination of olives and soft roasted garlic and black garlic.  The soft fragrant garlic combined with olives is a winning combo for garlic lovers.  The fresh rosemary and oregano plus flaky sea salt is the ultimate addition to complete this flavourful focaccia toppings.  The aroma from the olive oil, rosemary, oregano and mixed herbs add layers of deliciousness after it is baked!  

Pairing:  Delicious to eat it on its own, as a panini bread, dip in hot veg soup, or dip in a good balsamic vinaigrette or just butter spread!

The Dough:  All our focaccia are made with sourdough, with just water, high protein unbleached bread flour and sourdough starter to prepare our focaccia dough.  The dough is also egg-free, lard-free and dairy-free!  

The Texture:  The crumbs are fluffy, soft and have just the right chewiness, with a crusty crust when it is re-heated.  Focaccia are best served warm and eaten on the same day it is baked.
